Dwarf goat

Pygmy goats are not a single breed, but a collective term for particularly small, robust forms of domestic goats that are well adapted to harsh living conditions. Many lines originally come from West Africa. With a shoulder height of around 40–50 cm and their ability to thrive on sparse vegetation, they are well suited to barren landscapes.

Pygmy goats are social, curious animals that love to climb and play. Their early sexual maturity and high reproductive rate have made them a widespread and popular type of domestic goat.
