Registrations for groups are NOT necessary. The tour guide can buy the admission tickets for the whole group at the cash desk at the zoo.

The number of parking spaces directly at the zoo is limited. There are additional parking spaces behind the “Gasthaus zum Tierpark” ( opposite the zoo) and opposite to the Salaberg castle. The parking time is unlimited and free of charge.

There’s also a new service station to refuel electric cars at the parking lot of the zoo.

There are different ways to reach the zoo by public transport. All options are listed here: Location

No. There’s a reduced admission price for families (parents with their children) with a family pass or a family card.

With an annual ticket you can visit the zoo every day or you can visit the zoo as a group (at least 15 people).

The main paths are easily passable with a baby buggy or a wheelchair. There are several gradients on back roads, witch is why an accompanying person is required.

Dogs are allowed. Always keep your dog on a short lead. There’s only one dog permitted per dog owner! Watering places are placed at the entrance and at the adventure playground.
