Black swan

Cygnus atratus

He’s smaller than the Mute Swan. At the end of the 18th century, black swans came from Australia to England. Today they are kept in almost all zoological gardens and parks. The Black Swan is black with white wings and red beak. The Black Swan is the official bird of the Australian state “Western Australia” and is also represented in the state flag.
